"First of all, I would like to thank the SMNHS Project. For the first time event at our BHSC, we conducted the MSS properly and in a systematic way. Previously, we were not able to carry out the quality assessment like this, and it had not been conducted effectively. This time, our actual HP-MSS score was 42%. "Before this program, we faced challenges in managing birthing center instruments and maintaining proper infection prevention. After participating the quality improvement program, we feel more confident and skilled in improving our health service readiness. Our MSS score decreased from 83% to 75% due to gaps like no 24-hour nursing duty schedule, a lack of separate rooms for prenatal and postnatal checkups, missing slippers and soap in the delivery room, no alternative light sources, non-functioning toilets, and irregular HFOMC meetings. Addressing these issues will require coordination and collective effort from all of us. This program has strengthened our skills and motivated us to take more ownership. We appreciate the support and collaboration from SMNHS/SIDC, which has truly made a difference in our health facility."
