Implementation Phase
PHASE 2: Program Implementation (3 years):
This is the active implementation stage of our intervention. As the most resource-intensive phase of program development, Phase II typically requires a three-year timeline for completion following the first year’s groundwork. All training programs and facility upgrades occur during this period, establishing a framework for long-term systemic change. Once implemented, our field teams strictly monitor all activities for quality assurance.
In 2022, we will have a total of 12 districts in Phase II (Dolpa, Salyan, Rukum West, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Parbat, Myagdi, Ramechhap, Nuwakot, Dolakha, Kavre and Udayapur), representing a program catchment area of 119 Palikas, a population of 3,694,968 and 91,528 annual pregnancies.
